This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives tasked with onboarding new restaurant partners within Franki's SMB segment.
• Take ownership of team quota achievement and revenue outcomes, ensuring consistent performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Act as a player-coach by backing strategic deals, assisting in overcoming challenges, and engaging in significant sales opportunities when necessary.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, call coaching sessions, pipeline evaluations, and deal assessments to enhance team performance and conversion rates.
• Foster and sustain a culture of accountability, execution, and ongoing improvement throughout the sales organization.
• Track team performance metrics such as pipeline coverage, activity levels, conversion rates, and quota fulfillment.
• Promote forecasting precision and maintain insight into pipeline health through rigorous CRM management.
• Establish and promote best practices across prospecting, discovery, demonstration execution, and closing phases.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting team to interview, hire, onboard, and ramp up new Account Executives.
• Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance messaging, customer experience, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to influence sales strategy and product development.
• Over 3 years of sales leadership or management experience leading teams with quota responsibilities.
• More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales, SMB sales, or sales environments focused on hospitality.
• A demonstrated history of leading teams that consistently meet or surpass quota.
• Experience in coaching Account Executives throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
• Strong experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth startup atmosphere.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for team meetings, market visits, conferences, and events.
