• A college or university degree in marketing, sales, a technical field, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive relevant work experience in customer-facing and/or product-focused roles.
• Preferred experience in purchasing or commercial contract negotiations.
• Proven track record in the Independent Aftermarket, with a thorough understanding of Heavy-Duty truck axle and braking components to facilitate regional growth.
