• Lead and conduct weekly sales and training meetings to ensure alignment on team objectives and performance.
• Create and oversee sales forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators to guarantee target achievement.
• Evaluate and analyze sales turnover rates to enhance team effectiveness.
• Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas are achieved by each team member and the sales team as a whole.
• Utilize sales and product training to keep the sales team updated on product knowledge, selling techniques, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the HR Department to maintain appropriate staffing levels in sales roles and support the development of team members.
• Work closely with executive leadership to create and implement sales strategies that improve product lines and boost sales performance.
• Train the sales team by setting up programs for new account sales and growth, enhancing presentation strategies, competitive tactics, effective use of sales support, management of profit/cost expenses, and execution of contracts.
• Possess strong communication skills (telephone and email), including presentation abilities via telephonic, Zoom, or other platforms, along with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Cultivate a goal-oriented, self-motivated sales culture that emphasizes consistent follow-ups and accountability.
• Apply effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies to address objections and successfully close deals.
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle objections.
• Develop a Monthly Sales Plan to collaborate with the Sales Team and create an action plan to achieve goals.
• Review, analyze, and respond to daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as necessary.
• Ensure that all incoming leads are managed and reported daily.
• Conduct random quality control evaluations with sales representatives.
• Comprehend and assist with the investigation process.
• Possess solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Managerial role.
• Demonstrable success in leading, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams.
• Strong proficiency in reading, writing, and effectively communicating in both written correspondence and presentations.
• Capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and team members.
• Proven experience in strategic and organizational development, including the ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Skills in building a cohesive team and resolving conflicts among team members.
• Proficiency in business-related technology systems.
• Track record of servant leadership; prioritizing the needs of others and placing team goals first.
• Owner's mindset; takes responsibility for all aspects within their scope while empowering others to do the same.
