📋 Description

• Formulate and execute creative sales strategies that cater to the evolving demands of various industries.

• Inspire, guide, and empower the sales team to meet both individual and collective sales objectives.

• Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint new opportunities and potential challenges.

• Identify, approach, and secure prospective clients across multiple industries, emphasizing B2B relationships.

• Enhance the sales team's adaptability to market fluctuations by devising and applying change management strategies.

• Create and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to the unique needs of each industry.

• Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools, tracking sales activities, forecasting revenue, and reporting sales performance.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing, operations, and client success teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with company goals.

• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a management position.

• Demonstrated experience in a startup environment is essential.

• Solid understanding of B2B operations, market trends, and the specific challenges faced by businesses across different sectors.

• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with experience in steering teams through market transitions and strategy adjustments in a startup context.

• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals, particularly in a fluid and evolving B2B marketplace.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and nurturing relationships with B2B clients and internal teams.

• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with the capability to manage and modify the sales pipeline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on adapting to shifting market demands.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• Experience in leading teams through transitions, especially in shifting to new industries or adopting novel sales methodologies.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• - **Internet Connection:**

• - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.

• - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.

• - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• - **Primary Device:**

• - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

• - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor.

• - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.

• - **Backup Device:**

• - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor.

• - Must be functional during power interruptions.

• - **Peripherals and Workspace:**

• - A functioning **webcam**.

• - A **noise-canceling USB headset**.

• - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**.

• - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
