This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive initiatives for sales growth and profitability
• Foster team development in sales, purchasing, and operations
• Formulate supplier strategies and conduct vendor negotiations
• Engage with customers, including dealers, architects, and contractors
• Manage inventory, forecasting, and operational performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the organization
• Over 10 years of experience in the Forest Products sector
• Demonstrated leadership in EWP and siding sales
• Strong understanding of business, financial, and operational principles
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce is preferred)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving history
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Employee ownership
