This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Serve as the local market leader, fostering and maintaining relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors.
• Identify and qualify new business prospects through inbound referrals and proactive outreach efforts.
• Perform site inspections, deliver sales presentations, and conduct capability briefings for hotel and client partners.
• Collaborate with creative and event production teams to craft strategic, brand-aligned proposals.
• Own and oversee key performance indicators such as sales conversion, market share growth, and referral performance.
• Act as a reliable partner to national sales and local event delivery teams to ensure outstanding client experiences.
• Promote the Access brand and actively expand our market presence.
• 2 to 5 years of successful sales experience in a consultative setting, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.
• Self-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• A strong enthusiasm for the hospitality and special events industry.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
