• Achieving sales targets assigned for specific territories or geographical areas.
• Conducting efficient fieldwork without the need for direct daily oversight.
• Reporting field activities on a daily basis through the designated online system.
• Meeting the average call, coverage, and frequency norms set for the assigned division.
• Generating maximum prescriptions and enhancing market share.
• Promoting the division's products in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Building relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, stockists, etc.
• Assisting in the development of strategies.
• Representing the brand effectively as a good ambassador.
• Minimum educational qualification of BSc or B. Pharma.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapy area are preferred.
• Experience with multinational corporations or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
• Must be fluent and confident in communication.
• Travel: Yes, 100% of the time.
