This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Achieving sales targets assigned for specific territories or geographical areas.
β’ Conducting efficient fieldwork without the need for direct daily oversight.
β’ Reporting field activities on a daily basis through the designated online system.
β’ Meeting the average call, coverage, and frequency norms set for the assigned division.
β’ Generating maximum prescriptions and enhancing market share.
β’ Promoting the division's products in alignment with strategic objectives.
β’ Building relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, stockists, etc.
β’ Assisting in the development of strategies.
β’ Representing the brand effectively as a good ambassador.
β’ Minimum educational qualification of BSc or B. Pharma.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
β’ Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
β’ Candidates with previous or current experience in the same therapy area are preferred.
β’ Experience with multinational corporations or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage.
β’ Must be fluent and confident in communication.
β’ Travel: Yes, 100% of the time.
