This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +10 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of remote Account Executives throughout the NAM region.
• Establish clear sales objectives and KPIs, and conduct regular pipeline assessments and coaching sessions.
• Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored for the NAM market.
• Take responsibility for the NAM sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring stable and predictable revenue growth.
• Continuously enhance and optimize sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and contribute to overall success.
• Act as an authority on the NAM vacation rental market, remaining updated on trends and customer needs.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead capacity, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.
• In-depth understanding of the various business cultures, languages, and market dynamics throughout the NAM region.
• Proven success in managing and motivating a fully remote, geographically dispersed sales team.
• Proficient in modern sales tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and communication tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to utilize data for decision-making, accurate forecasting, and team performance management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous remote work setting.
• Experience in the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality technology (PropTech/HospiTech) sectors is a plus.
