This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership and coaching of the team
• Oversee and guide a compact field sales team (2–3 Account Executives), managing both professional and disciplinary aspects.
• Facilitate onboarding, coaching, and growth of team members.
• Collaboratively establish and monitor sales targets and KPIs with the team.
• Independently market and sell our solution, SRA Pro, to hospitals located in Northern and Eastern Germany.
• New business development: discover, approach, and secure new hospital partnerships.
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships (account management).
• Present and showcase SRA Pro to decision-makers within hospitals.
• Collaborate closely with management on sales strategies and territory planning.
• Engage in reporting and pipeline management: ensure transparent communication of forecasts and market trends.
• Play an active role in the enhancement of our sales processes and go-to-market strategy.
• Represent apoplex at industry conferences, trade shows, and specialized events.
• You possess sales expertise: demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within medical technology or healthcare sectors.
• You are a capable leader: you have previously managed a small team or are prepared to step into a leadership position.
• You embody a hunter mentality: driven by the pursuit of new customer acquisition.
• You have familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• You take initiative: you identify gaps and proactively address them independently.
• You comprehend the hospital market: you are knowledgeable about decision-making processes and procurement pathways in hospitals.
• You communicate effectively: friendly, precise, and dependable—both internally and externally.
• You are open to travel: regular travel within Northern and Eastern Germany is an integral part of the position.
• You are fluent and prepared for negotiations in both German and English.
