This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• The Director of Sales Leadership Insights & Execution is responsible for converting various data sources into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and execution priorities that facilitate informed decision-making for Sales Leadership.
• Supporting Sales Leadership by delivering current, prioritized NDC-by-account opportunity intelligence and performance analysis reports to the Sales Lead, RBDs, and ABMs at the National, Regional, and District levels.
• Accelerating decision-making by analyzing provided sales data to identify positive and negative trends, uncover opportunities, assess risks, highlight gaps and successes, and facilitate top-down deployment, bottom-up escalation, and collaborative planning.
• Actively engaging in customer-facing calls and team discussions alongside ABMs and representatives to gain firsthand insights into best practices and challenges encountered.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 8+ years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in commercial analytics or sales operations, including a background in business analytics, finance, consulting, or a comparable set of experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in a matrixed commercial environment, collaborating with both field and leadership stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales performance dashboards and CRM/business-planning platforms such as Veeva; knowledge of AI-enabled analytics tools is preferred.
• Proven ability to interpret large, complex data sets into clear macro and micro analyses, providing actionable direction for senior leadership.
• Strong business management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; adept at interpreting data and converting insights into strategic initiatives.
• Well-honed project management and organizational capabilities.
• High level of self-motivation with a propensity for seeking innovative approaches to task execution.
• Capable of maintaining a big-picture perspective while being disciplined and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
