This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the Variable Compensation team, providing direct oversight and training to ensure alignment with the company's goals.

• Design and oversee global variable pay programs and sales incentive plans to boost performance and maintain market competitiveness.

• Develop annual compensation strategies and manage the communication and training of these plans for sales leaders and teams.

• Ensure that all compensation processes are compliant, accurate, and in line with global budgetary guidelines.

• Collaborate with Finance and Sales Operations to manage budgets, monitor plan performance, and optimize compensation tools and systems.

• Analyze compensation data and deliver regular reports to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

• Supervise payment calculations and onboarding processes, serving as the primary contact for complex compensation issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, HR, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in Compensation or HR roles, preferably with exposure to Sales Operations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.

• Expertise in compensation best practices and familiarity with budget planning and compliance regulations.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets.

• Proven capability to manage projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with other departments.

• Experience as a People Leader, with the capacity to manage and develop a team.

• Fluent English is essential.

• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
