This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversees communication with all dealer and truck stop customers within their designated Territory.
• Manages relationships with National Account customers in their territory.
• Develops a prioritized list of target fleet customers.
• Conducts daily fleet sales calls in collaboration with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs).
• Responsible for the development of dealer in-house share.
• Engages in business planning with dealers to convey established growth targets and formulate strategies.
• Regularly monitors and communicates progress toward growth targets to dealers, consistently collaborating with Bridgestone Market Teammates and dealers to address any gaps.
• Facilitates training and program adoption.
• Tracks dealer inventory levels, as well as sell-in and sell-out metrics on a monthly basis.
• Collaborates with dealers to forecast future orders and needs.
• Gathers and reports competitive market intelligence.
• Resolves business and billing issues between dealers, fleets, and Bridgestone.
• Works alongside pricing and marketing teams to seize market opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant industry experience; or an equivalent combination of work experience.
• Strong capability to consistently implement business strategies.
• Excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• Ability to instruct and train others.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Process-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
