This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Formulate and implement focused sales strategies aimed at broadening our customer base and enhancing market share.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to ensure that team strategies are in harmony with wider corporate goals.
• Motivate, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass their individual objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous professional development and coaching.
• Cultivate a high-performance, positive environment centered on accountability and growth.
• Monitor and analyze essential sales metrics to guarantee that the team is on track to meet targets.
• Present comprehensive performance reports and data-informed insights to executive leadership.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with primary accounts and stakeholders.
• Perform market research to identify emerging trends and unexplored growth opportunities within the territory.
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated capability to conceive, apply, and adjust sales strategies in a competitive environment.
• Leadership Excellence: Outstanding communication skills with a proven history of inspiring teams to achieve optimal performance.
• Data Fluency: Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced data analysis tools.

• Salary structure: Base salary + 2% sales commission (Uncapped) + 0.5% team commission
