This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Spearhead business development, client engagement, and relationship management for the IPS Business Lines, emphasizing leasing advisory and transaction management services.
• Develop systematic target lists informed by Total Addressable Market, geographic considerations, and the expertise of the sales team.
• Rank prospects using a tiering methodology and collaborate with Sales Enablement to establish pursuit strategies.
• Supervise the allocation of targets, working alongside Broker Leads and Industry Leads to determine the Best Team on the Field.
• Formulate effective sales strategies by identifying client needs, addressing pain points, and establishing suitable solutions and pricing for leasing and portfolio optimization services.
• Grasp and articulate how our products and services can address both current and future client needs, including our digital solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and recognize how workplace trends and technologies are reshaping client requirements.
• Create multi-service business opportunities with Brokers nationally across diverse markets, leveraging leasing advisory expertise.
• Organize pursuit-related activities, coordinating cross-business line resources to develop proposals, presentations, and RFP materials.
• Guide local and national new business pursuits for the IPS Businesses and the Work Dynamics leadership teams.
• Proactively identify deal-level obstacles that may impede new sales, utilizing prior experiences, customer insights, and peer feedback.
• Analyze market trends, determine the root causes of commercial challenges, and pinpoint potential risks within the sales processes.
