Sales Lead – Foamglas Insulation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Leading regional sales initiatives and overseeing strategic client relationships.

• Participating in specification sales and prospecting efforts to broaden the client portfolio.

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project owners, architects, project developers, and strategic installers.

• Conducting effective project follow-ups, which involve coordinating deliveries and managing customer claims.

• Monitoring ongoing projects to guarantee timely delivery, product compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Leveraging data to manage sales pipelines and enhance operational efficiency.

• Offering tailored technical and commercial support that meets client needs.

• Overseeing payment processes and following up on outstanding balances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a construction-related discipline such as engineering, architecture, or a similar field, or equivalent experience in a professional setting.

• Relevant commercial experience in specification and/or project sales, ideally within the Building & Construction sector.

• Solid understanding of building physics, general construction practices, and the capability to engage with stakeholders throughout the construction value chain.

• Familiarity with insulation materials is an advantage.

• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
