This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Partner with EAP resellers to discover co-selling opportunities and assist their employer-facing teams throughout the US & Canada.
• Identify and connect with employer clients across the US & Canada, creating a robust outbound pipeline through calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
• Qualify incoming opportunities from EAP reseller partners and manage discovery calls or comprehensive follow-ups in English and French as necessary.
• Navigate the variations in regional healthcare and employer benefits landscapes across different areas.
• Use CRM systems to monitor all prospect interactions and ensure accurate pipeline data is maintained across North American time zones (from EST to PST).
• Provide product information, training materials, sales enablement presentations, and resources to partners in English (and French when required).
• Create and sustain sales materials for employer prospects and reseller partners, ensuring market accessibility throughout the US and Canada (including bilingual English/French materials for Quebec).
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation campaigns and messaging for both anglophone and francophone markets.
• Work closely with Vira Health Leadership and Reseller Account Executives to facilitate seamless lead handoffs and deal progression.
• Tailor sales strategies by considering provincial healthcare variations and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve or exceed targets for qualified opportunities, pipeline development, and closed deals within the territory.
• Monitor activity metrics and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Engage in sales strategy discussions and share best practices for expanding into the US and Canadian markets.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within Canadian or American markets.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French or Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English (and French or Spanish where applicable).
• Comprehension of the intricacies of the US & Canadian employer benefits landscape, group insurance, and provincial healthcare variations.
• Highly organized, data-oriented, and skilled in using CRM tools.
• Self-driven with outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging in cold calling and prospecting activities.
