This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic oversight and growth of major accounts within the Truck & Bus sector
• Creation and execution of tailored strategies and organized account plans for clients
• Detection and implementation of opportunities for growth and enhanced profitability
• Facilitating pricing and contract discussions in accordance with company policies
• Complete commercial oversight of the Norwegian market, encompassing volume, revenue, and profit management
• Accountability for forecasting, planning, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Evaluation of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer developments
• Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field)
• Several years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales and key account management
• In-depth market and customer insights into the German market
• Experience in Truck & Bus, Automotive, or Tires industries is advantageous
• Proficient in Excel and reporting, with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in both German and English
• Knowledge of Norwegian is a plus but not mandatory
• Exceptional analytical abilities with a strong affinity for numerical data
