This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Leadership and coaching: Professional and disciplinary oversight of a small field sales team consisting of 2–3 Account Executives.
• Onboarding, mentoring, and fostering the development of team members.
• Collaborative establishment and monitoring of sales objectives and KPIs.
• Solely accountable for selling our SRA Pro solution to hospitals in Northern and Eastern Germany.
• New client acquisition: Identifying, approaching, and securing new hospital partners.
• Account management and enhancement of existing customer relationships.
• Presenting and showcasing SRA Pro to key decision-makers in hospitals, such as those in neurology, cardiology, stroke units, IT, and procurement.
• Close collaboration with management to shape sales strategies and territory planning.
• Reporting and pipeline management: Ensuring transparent communication regarding forecasts and market trends.
• Actively contributing to the evolution of our sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
• Representing apoplex at professional congresses, trade shows, and industry events.
• Sales expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare sectors.
• Leadership capability: Experience in leading a small team or readiness to advance into a leadership role.
• Proactive mindset: Driven by new customer acquisition; capable of independently building a pipeline and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Accountability: Recognizing gaps and taking initiative to resolve them independently.
• Insight into the hospital market: Familiar with decision-making processes and procurement pathways within hospitals.
• Effective communicator: Friendly, precise, and reliable in interactions, both internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel: Regular travel within Northern and Eastern Germany is anticipated.
• Proficient in both German and English at a business level.
