• Implement effective promotions for accounts in both the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), as well as at sampling events and festivals.
• Enhance account conditions and merchandise by constructing displays and reorganizing coolers.
• Showcase point of sale materials to boost the visibility of our brands.
• Conduct educational sessions for waitstaff and bartenders to elevate brand awareness and sales volume in accounts.
• Acquire knowledge about the Boston Beer Company portfolio, the sales process, the 3-tier system, and sales practices within the alcoholic beverage sector.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a registered and insured vehicle, with the ability to drive to and from accounts consistently.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends throughout the summer.
• Minimum of a 10-week commitment starting in early June and continuing through August.
