• Implement effective promotions for accounts in the On Premise (bars/restaurants) and Off Premise (grocery & liquor stores), as well as at sampling events and festivals.
• Enhance conditions and merchandise accounts by constructing displays, reorganizing coolers, and
• Showcasing point of sale materials to boost the visibility of our brands.
• Facilitate education sessions for waitstaff and bartenders to promote brand awareness and increase sales volume in accounts.
• Acquire knowledge about the Boston Beer Company portfolio, the selling process, the 3-tier system, and sales operations within the alcoholic beverage sector.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a registered and insured vehicle, with the capability to drive to and from accounts consistently.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends throughout the summer.
• Minimum commitment of 10 weeks, starting in early June through August.
