This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Support for inbound sales activities, including managing and qualifying leads interested in the Startup Builder and Startup Booster programs.

• Participation in the sales process management, from analyzing applications to providing support during proposal and onboarding phases.

• Continuous communication with founders and startup teams, offering informational and operational support throughout the evaluation process.

• Assistance during sales and in-depth calls, aiming to understand the needs, objectives, and maturity level of the startups.

• Collaboration with the Marketing team to align messaging, funnels, and commercial activities.

• Utilization and updating of the CRM, monitoring pipelines and supporting commercial performance reporting.

• Analysis of sales activity data, contributing to process optimization and the creation of new business opportunities.

• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, mentors, and stakeholders to ensure consistency between offering, sales, and program delivery.
