This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct 60–100 outbound calls daily to advocate for energy efficiency programs.
• Assess leads for weatherization, water conservation, and energy-efficient product installations.
• Arrange appointments for the Sales Team or finalize eligible transactions over the phone.
• Follow up on incoming inquiries and reconnect with inactive customers and prospects.
• Assist with CRM data entry and upkeep (NetSuite), ensuring precise tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Achieve or surpass weekly performance indicators, including call volume, conversion rates, and appointment scheduling.
• Aid in the coordination of sales campaigns, email outreach, and follow-ups.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to guarantee the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and client calls as required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
• Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent listening abilities.
• Strong passion for sales, sustainability, and energy efficiency products or home performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Highly organized and results-driven.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and a desire to learn.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
• Hands-on experience in a mission-oriented organization.
