This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in acquiring new customers and conducting advisory calls: actively identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (email, phone, industry events/trade shows, etc.) in collaboration with the team.

• Evaluate the challenges and needs of prospective customers. We will provide the essential materials and onboarding support.

• Contribute to the development of digital sales processes: create and implement digital sales channels to enhance our sales operations, including lead research utilizing software, and expanding the sales funnel, etc. in collaboration with the team.

• Documentation: prepare and follow up on individual discussions while tracking key metrics to optimize activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are residing in Germany and possess German citizenship (team events and trade shows occur throughout Germany despite remote work).

• Educational background or current studies in fields such as Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Communication Studies, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification from a commercial apprenticeship.

• A positive attitude and determination.

• Ideally, some initial professional experience in sales (though not mandatory).

• A friendly demeanor and excellent verbal communication skills.

• A strong desire to learn more about sales and pursue additional training opportunities.

• A self-reliant and organized work style combined with a practical approach.

• Availability for 3–6 months (part-time options are available).
