This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Acquire hands-on experience in analyzing customer interactions, aiding agent-focused initiatives, and collaborating with various teams.
• Observe and assist in customer engagement across multiple channels such as phone, chat, and digital platforms.
• Help in reviewing and summarizing customer interaction data to pinpoint common trends, needs, and areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with field sales leaders to understand how agent-focused strategies and communications are formulated and executed.
• Assist in the preparation of materials, communications, and presentations for field sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, operations, and marketing to collect insights and support project-based efforts.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027 (must be a rising senior at the time of internship).
• Strong enthusiasm for sales, customer experience, or business strategy.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and derive basic insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating in a team setting with diverse partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is advantageous.
