
Sales – HVAC / Refrigeration Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales role focused on HVACR (air conditioning / refrigeration, heat pump solutions) for new installation projects.
• Execute the sales strategy of Johnson Controls.
• Attract new clients while independently managing existing customer relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system builders, and end customers.
• Address customer inquiries, including providing planning support and preparing budgetary quotes.
• Engage in contract and price negotiations for heating and cooling solutions.
• Prepare for and participate in trade fairs, representing the company at customer events.
• Completed technical training or a technical degree (vocational or university) in refrigeration technology, building services/energy supply engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Ideally possess strong product and application knowledge in refrigeration, HVAC (air conditioning/ventilation), and heat pump technology.
• Several years of experience with a track record of success working with engineering firms, system builders, and end customers.
• Strong strategic thinking, independent working style, goal orientation, assertiveness, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in PC applications, planning, and quotation tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
