Sales Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and implement the company's marketing strategy across digital, brand, and content areas.

• Create and oversee SEO strategies and backlink initiatives to enhance search visibility.

• Lead the production of content for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other inbound channels.

• Enhance social media presence, particularly focusing on executive engagement through LinkedIn and similar platforms.

• Initiate and optimize lead generation funnels using digital and outbound strategies.

• Manage targeted email campaigns, phone call scripts, and SMS workflows.

• Supervise marketing design, ensuring branding consistency and creative direction across all channels.

• Direct a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), guiding their efforts from prospecting to closing sales.

• Oversee both outbound and inbound sales strategies and their performance.

• Implement and manage CRM systems to facilitate a high-conversion sales process.

• Analyze and enhance the entire customer journey from lead acquisition to client success, while tracking all KPIs with month-over-month improvements.

• Ensure sales targets are achieved or surpassed through diligent pipeline management and training.

• Integrate marketing and sales initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and measurement of ROI.

• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to guide decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.

• Continuously refine customer personas, messaging, and campaign targeting.

• Collaborate across functions with product, operations, and executive teams to align go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience managing both sales and marketing functions in a high-growth setting.

• Proficiency in AI automations and scaling processes to enhance efficiencies in all workflows is essential.

• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, email marketing, and CRM systems.

• Experience in managing SDR teams and successfully closing sales cycles from outreach to deal closure.

• Familiarity with branding, digital design tools, and marketing automation platforms.

• Exceptional skills in communication, analytics, and leadership.
