This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You identify prospective customers and forge new connections.
• You engage in preliminary discussions with potential clients to comprehend their challenges and objectives.
• You assess leads and ready them for additional consulting.
• You devise innovative strategies to attract new clients for our services.
• You assist in the development and enhancement of our sales processes.
• You oversee and maintain our CRM data.
• You collaborate closely with management, development, and marketing teams.
• You represent our company professionally across both digital platforms and in-person interactions.
• You possess a passion for communication and can inspire others with your ideas.
• You are capable of working independently and adopt an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You are open-minded, eager to learn, and driven to propel initiatives forward.
• You have excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken (C1).
• Initial experience in sales, customer consulting, business development, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
