β€’ Take ownership of and surpass the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals for Central Europe.

β€’ Develop, mentor, and empower a top-tier enterprise sales team.

β€’ Serve as a senior executive representative for Centric Software within the region.

β€’ Proficient in German as a native speaker.

β€’ Over 10 years of experience in the field of enterprise software sales.

β€’ Demonstrated capability in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

β€’ Extensive background in PLM, ERP, or related enterprise software sectors.
