This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the workers' compensation sector
• Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across the country
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client engagements
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an outstanding client experience
• A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• A natural talent for building relationships, comfortable in initiating dialogues and creating new opportunities
• Excellent communication and listening abilities with a consultative mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and surpass objectives
• Capability to manage a large territory while remaining organized in a remote setting
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or related fields is preferred
