This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Propel the company’s sustainable growth by identifying, converting, and enhancing commercial opportunities within the United States and Colombian markets.
• Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients.
• Actively participate in meeting revenue targets, facilitating international growth, and enhancing brand positioning.
• A sense of ownership and a global perspective.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly within IT firms, startups, or HR services.
• Candidate profile should align with that of a sales expert, preferably an Account Executive or Sales Hunter with a strong emphasis on new business development.
• Experience working with clients in the US.
• Proficiency in English.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
