This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Sales Executive - SMB is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering robust relationships, and enhancing the company's footprint in the healthcare and outpatient care sectors.
• This position emphasizes prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic outreach to potential clients, broker/consultant firms, and essential partners while working alongside cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and promote business expansion.
• Engage and connect with small-to-mid-sized employers, brokers, and benefit consultants.
• Inform employers about the Direct Primary Care model and its associated financial and employee health advantages.
• Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Address inbound employer inquiries and leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Assess employer prospects based on their size, workforce requirements, and benefits strategy.
• Organize and facilitate employer presentations and discovery meetings.
• Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and onboarding processes for employers.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless launches.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, pipeline, and employer information in CRM systems.
• Achieve or surpass activity, pipeline, and enrollment goals.
• Attend local employer events, chamber meetings, and benefits fairs as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is essential.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare or outpatient care sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of market research and competitive intelligence.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially outpatient care, and its regulatory landscape.
• Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
