This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct extensive research to identify and generate potential leads by reviewing company websites, business listing platforms, and job advertisement sites.
• Attend virtual and in-person events, including exhibits and tradeshows, when necessary for additional networking and lead generation.
• Ensure that the identified leads are qualified prospects for RipeConcepts services.
• Initiate outreach through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connection requests and chats, creatively introducing RipeConcepts, our services, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• This role necessitates flexibility, strategic thinking, and perseverance in engaging with key decision-makers within businesses.
• Schedule appointments for company presentations with these key decision-makers utilizing virtual conferencing tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.
• Collaborate closely with MarComm to design interest-generating outreach campaigns targeted at leads and clients.
• Prepare well-crafted company pitch decks for introductory calls that highlight RipeConcepts' creative offerings, identified areas for support, and synergy with RC.
• Facilitate these introductory presentations, aiming to establish RC service needs with the ultimate goal of transforming lead interest into client conversions.
• Send a summary of the initial meeting to the presentation audience for reference, ensuring all discussed topics and talking points are documented.
• Be diligent and prompt in follow-ups, as needed, to facilitate the progression of leads into the sales funnel.
• Thoroughly investigate RipeConcepts service inquiries and gather essential assets to accurately quote projects from interested leads.
• Collect work samples upon request from leads and coordinate with Engagement Managers to obtain production hours, project costs, and delivery timelines for RC service inquiries.
• Prepare project and business proposals (RFP), scope of work (SOW) documents, NDAs, proofs of concept (POC), and other necessary documents for presentation, review, and approval by interested leads.
• Responsible for account growth in collaboration with Engagement Managers.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales of web development and/or technology-related creative services, such as 3D/AR/VR.
• At least 3 years of experience in web development and/or technology-related services.
• A strong interest in and/or knowledge of technology, particularly in AI.
• Experience in selling primarily to top-tier US-based companies and SMBs across various industries.
• Proven experience in engaging with and selling to C-suite executives and senior-level business decision-makers.
• Comprehensive lead research skills utilizing professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in organizational tools such as MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Jira, or ClickUp, is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in selling other digital services, such as design and marketing, is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site and flexibility in adjusting schedules to accommodate calls during US hours.
