This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Act as the main sales representative for all leads generated through marketing efforts, inbound inquiries, and referrals from partners, overseeing each opportunity from initial contact to closing.
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaign strategies, messaging, webinars, user groups, and events to guarantee a steady and reliable flow of qualified leads.
• Cultivate leads at various stages of readiness, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Uphold rigorous pipeline management and precise forecasting in the CRM; provide regular updates to leadership regarding pipeline status and deal advancement.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify prospect challenges, financial operations, requirements, and strategic goals.
• Independently lead engaging, discovery-focused Sage Intacct demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s industry, challenges, and key stakeholders without pre-sales support.
• Create and present comprehensive implementation proposals, including Statements of Work (SOWs), ROI analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from qualification through contract signing, engaging with multiple stakeholders and navigating intricate purchasing processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, Sage partner programs, webinars, and user groups to enhance market presence and build referral networks.
• Over 5 years of experience in ERP/SaaS sales, consulting, or practice leadership, with direct experience in Sage Intacct sales, implementation, or a hybrid role.
• Proven ability to deliver polished, discovery-driven Sage Intacct product demonstrations independently without pre-sales support; this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Demonstrated success in engaging mid-market prospects (50–500 employees) and closing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative sales skills: capable of diagnosing business challenges and effectively communicating how Sage Intacct addresses them across finance, operations, and executive audiences.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); exhibits disciplined pipeline management practices.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with CFOs, Controllers, and C-suite executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings, demonstrations, or industry events.
