This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Offer guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and acquiring properties at optimal prices under the best conditions.
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend tailored solutions.
• Facilitate negotiation processes, advising clients on market trends, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related issues to ensure fair and transparent transactions.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to evaluate property values.
• Showcase and promote real estate to potential buyers.
• Prepare essential documentation (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
• Oversee property auctions or exchanges.
• Keep listings of available properties current and accurate.
• Collaborate with appraisers, escrow firms, lenders, and home inspectors.
• Build networks and partner with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Drive sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
• Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.
• Established track record of successful sales.
• Ability to work autonomously while possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Friendly and reliable demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office.
