This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engaging in prospecting and initiating contact: identifying potential leads, making calls, and cultivating relationships with TPAs, plan sponsors, and other stakeholders in the pension sector.
• Overseeing the complete sales process from initial contact to closing, which includes demonstrations, proposals, and contract finalization.
• Taking ownership of and monitoring pipeline activities while providing updates on sales progress.
• Representing CalcAir at industry trade shows and conferences across the US — planning, attending, generating leads, fostering relationships, and conducting follow-ups.
• Nurturing and expanding relationships with current clients.
• Collaborating with support and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in US pension administration or customer-facing roles - possessing a deep understanding of the lifecycle, fluent in the relevant terminology, and ready to transition that expertise into a client-focused sales position.
• Genuine knowledge of US pension administration — including TPAs, defined benefit and/or defined contribution plans, and the associated lifecycle.
• Comfort with outbound sales activities — must be at ease with cold calling and following through, taking full responsibility for the sales cycle.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish trust with clients who are serious about their work.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a pipeline and ensure consistent follow-through.
• Willingness to travel within the US for trade shows and industry events.
