This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve and surpass a designated quota for new software licenses and professional services revenue.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing—focused on an emerging product technology in electronic data management within life sciences manufacturing.
• Generate, track, and assess leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospects, confidently addressing both technical and commercial inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.
• Continuously enhance your sales strategy to align with customer priorities.
• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers utilizing online resources, social media, industry publications, and third-party data.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns, distribute marketing materials, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Arrange meetings between prospects and sales engineers or executives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on industry events and trade shows.
• Proven experience in selling informatics, analytics, or process automation software platforms to the life sciences sector.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Solid understanding of cGMP manufacturing processes (including Cell and Gene Therapy, Biologics, CDMO, Fill/Finish, Upstream/Downstream) and/or QC Microbiology is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in selling MES, EBR, or LIMS solutions is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, or Business.
• Proficiency in the German language is required.
