This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Propel new business for Gravie’s Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings through partnerships with brokers and relationships with employers.
• Implement a structured sales process while ensuring robust engagement with brokers.
• Achieve or surpass new business sales targets for designated territories and product categories.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
• Discover and pursue fresh opportunities within small and mid-sized employer groups.
• Provide engaging product presentations and proposals customized to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes.
• Keep precise records of the pipeline, activities, and forecast data within CRM systems.
• Remain updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments.
• 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
• Established connections with regional brokers and consultants are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding goals in a rapidly growing environment.
