This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Concentrate on generating new enterprise Voice & SMS prospects, specifically targeting the LATAM market.
• Identify, strategize, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the designated region.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while achieving sales objectives aligned with the overall sales strategy.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of IDT’s products and services to effectively educate prospects in their purchasing decisions.
• Comprehend the client's ecosystem and evaluate how IDT’s offerings meet their needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and confidence in every interaction.
• Utilize tools, including CRM applications and internal systems, effectively.
• Manage your time efficiently and prioritize the customer experience at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team and colleagues to identify optimal sales strategies.
• Ensure the seamless transition of converted opportunities to the account management team.
• Work with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing strategies.
• Bring your best effort and close sales successfully.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish fluency being an added advantage.
• 1-5 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B SMS-related field.
• A graduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple stages of the sales process.
• Self-driven to achieve metrics, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• CRM experience is advantageous.
