This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Accountable for developing the independent aftermarket sector, overseeing key accounts and purchasing groups.
• Propel and increase sales of DENSO products throughout the designated region, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Establish, manage, and consistently enhance strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups.
• Optimize customer retention while proactively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular, value-added visits to customers at distributor and trade levels.
• Serve as a trusted commercial partner by understanding customer needs and providing tailored, value-focused solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contribute significantly to the formulation and implementation of commercial policies.
• Keep track of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to sustain a competitive edge.
• Support and engage in marketing campaigns, product launches, and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to aid in strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Deliver commercial and product training, while representing DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums.
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the automotive independent aftermarket.
• Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts or purchasing groups.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented with a practical approach.
• Capability to work independently in an international, multicultural setting.
• Proficiency in English is essential (additional languages are advantageous).
• Strong skills in MS Office.
