• Demonstrated success in industrial field sales, ideally within the Industry / MRO / Electronics sectors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong financial, analytical, and time management capabilities.
• Competent in procurement knowledge, value selling, and achieving KPIs.
• Collaborative, proactive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications.
• Sales incentive bonus.
