Sales Executive II, Key Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with current clients.

• Identify and engage potential clients to create new business opportunities.

• Propel upselling and cross-selling efforts to meet sales objectives.

• Work closely with internal teams to provide value-added solutions that align with customer requirements.

• Keep precise CRM and sales records to assist in forecasting and marketing analysis.

• Employ data-driven strategies to ensure adherence to pricing and service agreements.

• Address customer concerns and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience and NPS.

• Engage in product training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain company standards and compliance throughout all processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development.

• Demonstrated success in industrial field sales, ideally within the Industry / MRO / Electronics sectors.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Results-oriented with strong financial, analytical, and time management capabilities.

• Competent in procurement knowledge, value selling, and achieving KPIs.

• Collaborative, proactive, and dedicated to ongoing learning.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft applications.
