This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Indonesia.
• Construct and oversee a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
• Collaborate with the regional team to support comprehensive sales cycles.
• Engage with HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders to grasp business requirements.
• Present and position solutions that are aligned with customer needs.
• Ensure precise tracking and reporting of the sales pipeline.
• 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Preferred background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions.
• Proven experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with managing or supporting complete sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape.
