• Meet individual sales targets for Health Navigation Solutions services.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the designated territory and lead the creation of a sales plan aimed at organizations with potential service delivery opportunities.
• Gather and relay market intelligence regarding products and services, integrating it into the sales client planning process.
• Effectively leverage the lead generation team and other sales support resources at the right moments during the selling process.
• Exhibit strong sales strategy skills by crafting and delivering client proposals and assisting the team in identifying and exploring alternative avenues to secure sales.
• Oversee and optimize the client-level cost of sale.
• Provide insights on pricing decisions with the goal of achieving the highest possible profit margin.
• Maximize the use of approved tools, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, both individually and collaboratively with the team.
• Over 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record in large, complex HR outsourcing/Health Navigation Solutions sales.
• Exceptional selling and sales strategy capabilities, including proficiency in closing opportunities.
• Extensive knowledge of human resource outsourcing (HRO) delivery areas, with a particular emphasis on Health Navigation Solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• Regular travel is anticipated and will depend on sales opportunities, with a minimum of 30% travel expected.
