This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Attain individual sales targets for Health Navigation Solutions services.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned territory, leading the creation of a sales plan aimed at organizations with potential service delivery opportunities.
• Gather and relay market intelligence regarding products/services and integrate this information into the sales client planning process.
• Efficiently leverage the lead generation team and other sales support resources at the appropriate stages of the sales process.
• Exhibit strong sales strategy capabilities by designing and presenting client proposals, while assisting the team in identifying and exploring alternative paths to closing the sale.
• Oversee and optimize the client-level cost of sale.
• Contribute to pricing strategy decisions, striving to achieve the highest possible profit margins.
• Maximize the utilization of authorized tools, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, both individually and collaboratively with the team.
• Over 5 years of direct selling experience with a proven track record in large, complex HR outsourcing/Health Navigation Solutions sales.
• Exceptional sales and selling strategy skills, including proficiency in closing opportunities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human resource outsourcing (HRO) delivery areas, with a deeper understanding of Health Navigation Solutions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Regular travel is anticipated based on sales opportunities, with a minimum of 30% travel expected.
