This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Expand the current property portfolio within the French market by acquiring new properties and achieving or surpassing growth objectives.
• Achieve or exceed the set conversion rate for new properties, comparing sales leads provided to those converted.
• Attend all scheduled sales meetings with prospective landlords.
• Handle a significant volume of incoming emails and sales calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Generate precise and competitive property estimate quotes that facilitate successful acquisitions.
• Ensure that all service contracts are professionally prepared and dispatched to landlords in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• One to three years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or providing services to a varied clientele.
• Proficiency in French (both spoken and written) and an advanced level of English competency.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Capability to work autonomously without the need for close supervision.
• Strong skills in customer relations, effective listening, and negotiation.
• A positive mindset, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
