This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Present and establish an innovative, AI-powered career guidance solution to schools and educational institutions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and management teams.
• Actively identify and create new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Provide engaging product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the platform's value in guiding students' career paths.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from outreach and engagement to closing deals and onboarding institutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently through structured and proactive sales initiatives.
• Keep an organized pipeline by effectively tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collect client feedback and market data to facilitate continuous enhancement and improved product positioning.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing positions (experience selling to institutions is a significant advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop pipelines, and independently close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers such as principals, school directors, or administrators.
• Self-motivated and eager to work in a target-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable showcasing digital or online solutions.
• A passion for education, youth development, or EdTech is a considerable added advantage.
