This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
β’ Oversees the sales of dental and vision products for new business.
β’ Collaborates with both internal and external business partners.
β’ Develops and implements strategies aimed at surpassing sales goals.
β’ Handles complex negotiation processes.
β’ Works in conjunction with account management teams.
β’ Ensures that products, pricing, and services align with client requirements.
β’ 5 - 7 years of pertinent experience in ancillary benefit sales.
β’ Previous experience with Dental & Vision products is preferred.
β’ 5 - 7 years of experience within the Public & Labor sector.
β’ Capacity to articulate relevant process elements and challenges.
β’ Strong persuasive presentation abilities.
β’ Highly detail-oriented.
β’ Proven ability to negotiate successfully.
