• Oversee and expand an established portfolio of business (200+ accounts) with immediate revenue accountability
• Discover and secure new B2B customer opportunities throughout the Florida market
• Formulate account strategies aimed at retention, growth, and margin enhancement
• Promote and cross-sell World Fuel solutions, including fuel cards, bulk fuel delivery, diesel, gas, and DEF
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer operations and fueling requirements
• Conduct regular in-person visits to customers in Orlando, Tampa, and Miami
• Keep precise pipelines, forecasts, and activity logs within CRM systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Supply, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Operations
• Observe market trends and competitive actions within the territory
• Adhere to company, safety, and regulatory standards
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a field-based or customer-facing capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage an active book of business while fostering new customer growth
• Experience in selling to Commercial & Industrial clients, fleets, or owner-operators
• Experience in short-cycle, high-activity sales (transactional and consultative)
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Highly organized and disciplined in territory and account management
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based setting
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Florida
• Vehicle allowance: $600 per month
• Mileage reimbursement for business-related travel
