This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee daily sales operations, encompassing prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management within our CRM system.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key decision-makers, such as Company Secretaries, CFOs, CEOs, and Board Chairs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: from initial discovery and product demonstrations to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Deliver engaging, customized presentations that address the governance and operational needs of each prospect.
• Assist clients and prospects by providing insights on board best practices and illustrating how Convene can resolve their unique challenges.
• Offer onboarding assistance to new clients as they transition to the platform.
• Stay informed about governance trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
• Regularly report on pipeline status and forecasts to Senior Management.
• Participate in industry events and conferences as necessary.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Understanding of corporate governance, board management, or the company secretarial field is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• A cooperative team player who can also work independently and manage their own pipeline effectively.
