This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct over 50 discovery and audit/strategy calls each month.
• Begin each call with a well-defined framework and agenda.
• Perform thorough discovery and qualification.
• Present the audit in a credible manner and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Effectively close pitches.
• Manage follow-ups systematically and document detailed prospect information.
• Achieve monthly cash targets while ensuring pipeline accuracy.
• Utilize the AI stack while maintaining a human touch in communication.
• Minimum of 2 years experience closing B2B/high-ticket deals via Zoom.
• Practical experience in eCommerce/Amazon is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative discovery and create a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills, along with an executive presence.
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous, and AI-driven environment.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
• 20% commission on closed deals (cash collected).
• On-target earnings ranging from $120,000 to $200,000 or more.
• Access to an internal university for enhancing Amazon knowledge and skills.
