Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• Identify and engage potential leads using a strategic approach.

• Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure.

• Foster trust and build enduring relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

• Collaborate closely with various teams, including technology, product, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor and drive the commercial success of your customer portfolio.

• Create and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships with key organizations in the travel industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).

• Over 3 years of sales experience in a related industry within Turkey.

• Resilience in cold calling, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple rejections while remaining motivated.

• Proven track record in managing the complete sales cycle.

• Experience in Sales within any of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, B2B SaaS, Bed Banks, Leading OTA, or Hotel Sales.

• Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM, etc.).

• Strong sales acumen paired with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both spoken and written.
