• A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• Over 3 years of sales experience in a related industry within Turkey.
• Resilience in cold calling, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple rejections while remaining motivated.
• Proven track record in managing the complete sales cycle.
• Experience in Sales within any of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, B2B SaaS, Bed Banks, Leading OTA, or Hotel Sales.
• Proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite, CRM, etc.).
• Strong sales acumen paired with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both spoken and written.
